Spirit Cruise Boat – Terms & Conditions

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through our booking platform.
Your reservation is not confirmed until full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the guest.
In the event of severe weather that prevents the cruise from operating safely (as determined solely by the captain), you will be offered:
- A full refund or
- An option to reschedule your cruise (subject to availability).
Light rain or overcast weather is not grounds for cancellation or refund.
Failure to arrive on time or no-shows will forfeit the booking without refund.

Cruises operate rain or shine unless weather conditions pose a safety risk.
The captain has full discretion to cancel or postpone a cruise due to high winds, lightning, dense fog, or other hazardous conditions.
Guests will be notified as early as possible in the event of a weather-related cancellation.

Guests are allowed to bring their own beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older.
Excessive intoxication or disorderly behavior may result in early termination of the cruise with no refund.

The safety of all passengers and crew is our top priority.
The captain and crew reserve the right to remove any guest who is acting inappropriately or poses a risk to safety.
Life jackets and emergency equipment are provided on board.
All guests must follow crew instructions at all times.

Guests board and cruise at their own risk.
Spirit Cruise Boat, its owners, and operators are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Spirit Cruise Boat includes an onboard bathroom for guest use.
We do offer dockside catering for your event upon request—ask us for menu options and pricing.
Smoking is not permitted on board.
No outside food is allowed during cruises.

For private charters, custom policies may apply based on your agreement.
Any damage caused by guests during private events may be subject to additional fees.

By booking a cruise with Spirit Cruise Boat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
